We ship orders Monday through Friday!
Customer order is shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please note that we ship worldwide. However, there are restrictions on some products, and they cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Order processing begins when we receive your confirmed order and payment.
The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you when it is generated in our system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update the information in its system.
Returns Policy
Undelivered customer orders returned to Mystical Amour by the shipping carrier due to customer's incorrect address or for other reasons, can be re-shipped to customer for an additional shipping cost to mail the item. We will contact the customer if this occurs. Please make every effort to input your correct shipping address at checkout. Apartment number or lot number, where applicable, must be included in your shipping address.
If the shipping carrier has damaged your order during transit, please contact us within 7 days so that we can resolve the issue. Before returning the item, please Contact Us for authorization. Your order number and details about the product you would like to return is required. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Handcrafted Perfume body oils and other body care products can not be returned if they are opened and/or used by customer.
*Unauthorized returns will incur a restocking fee.
